                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO ENTER
                   INTO A CONTRACT WITH CONSOLIDATED
                   TECHNOLOGIES, INC. RELATIVE TO AN UPDATE OF
                   THE COMBINED SEWER OVERFLOW CONTROL PLAN FOR
                   THE CENTRAL AVENUE AND ADAMS STREET SERVICE
                   AREAS FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED EIGHTY-
                   FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($85,000.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to enter into a
       Contract with Consolidated Technologies, Inc. relative to an
       update of the Combined Sewer Overflow Control Plan for the 
Central
       Avenue and Adams Street service areas for an amount not to exceed 

       $85,000.00.
